As you get to the tail of Lower Ladder on the right hand bank you carry straight on in to Doctors Ledges. There is a shallowish ford between the pools that can be crossed in low water if you are not already on the right hand bank.  This is a long run with deep water towards the tail. It will fish in most water heights but is particularly good in high water. It is a slightly moot point as to where the tail of doctors end and the start of Garden begins, but in low water you can wade across the end of the tail to the left hand bank and by the time you get there you are fishing Garden.
