Get in at the steps at the top and fish down, one cast at a time to next steps. This is a long pool with a reasonable flow in good water, but becomes rather sluggish in low water, particularly after the eponymous oak. The top part of the pool will fish a fly in most water, but the pool as a whole is better spun. You will need to wade as the pool is heavily shaded by trees but they are trimmed in such a way as to make it quite easy to fish.
